The interior is decorated with aged woods and soft textiles, accented with plaid patterns and nods to traditionalism. The fully-equipped kitchen has an open plan design leading out to the 10-seater dining area, ideal for entertaining. After dinner, lounge in front of the fireplace in winter, or enjoy a late summer sunset on the balcony overlooking Lech.
Each bedroom has been designed with a cosy ambience from wood, traditional furnishings and lots of soft textures. There are three double bedrooms and one convenient quad bunk room. The larger two doubles have balcony access and en-suite bathrooms, whilst the bunk room and smaller double have ensuite shower rooms. All rooms have TVs, and their bathrooms are sleek and spacious, with high-end slate and wood finishes.
Guests can fully unwind during their stay, with shared access to the residence’s stunning spa, complete with indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and a tranquil relaxation area.
In the winter, the heated boot warmers in the private lockers ensure that you’ll awaken each day to toasty boots, ready to take to the slopes. There are handy private laundry facilities and a shared ski room. Parking is guaranteed, with indoor and outdoor spaces available (indoor on a first come, first served basis).
This apartment is perfect for families, friends or corporate groups, and is excellently located just a 6-minute walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Lech. When conditions allow it, you can ski within 100 metres of the property, via a short section to the side of the piste.
