The 12 individual apartments and the penthouse sleep a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8+2. When combined, they can host a total number of 100 guests. Of the 43 bedrooms, 11 of them can be configured as either doubles or twins, 7 of them are quad bunk rooms, and the remaining 25 are fixed doubles. This allows for plenty of flexibility depending on the party size and configuration, be it a corporate group or extended family (depending on coinciding availability).
