24-hours before your arrival, a member of our resort team will be in touch with you. Our pre-arrivals team will have handed over all the details of your stay from ski instruction to restaurant reservations to special birthday surprises – so that they are fully up to speed with your plans. They will welcome you to Brunnenhof, and can answer any questions you have about the property. They will be available on the phone or in person, ensuring you leave with happy memories and all of your questions and request attended to.
