Brunnenhof 12 sleeps six across three stunning bedrooms, providing a perfect option for family or friend groups spending a relaxing holiday in Lech. The considered interior comprises a stylish palette of olive greens, neutrals, matte metallics and trendy patterns – with retro artwork and furniture pieces adding a playful, mid-century twist.
The fully-equipped kitchen has an open plan design leading out to the 8-seater dining area, ideal for entertaining. After dinners, lounge in front of the fireplace in winter, or enjoy a late summer sunset on the balcony overlooking Lech.
Each bedroom has been carefully designed incorporating beautiful textiles, artwork and lighting. They have TVs, balcony access, plenty of storage and en-suites with lovely tiling and stylish matte metallic finishes. All three bedrooms can be configured either as twins or doubles for total flexibility.
Guests can fully unwind during their stay, with shared access to the residence’s stunning spa, complete with indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and a tranquil relaxation area.

This apartment is perfect for families, friends or corporate groups, and is excellently located just a 6-minute walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a 10-minute walk from the centre of Lech. When conditions allow it, you can ski within 100 metres of the property, via a short section to the side of the piste.
